Instructions:
1. On the stove, dissolve sugar and agar agar into water. Bring the water mixture to a boil and let it simmer at a low boil for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove from heat and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
2. While the water is boiling, add 3-4 blueberries and 2-3 sliced
strawberries into each popsicle mold.
3. Add the wine and pureed fruit to the water mixture and stir to combine.
Please note: agar agar sets as it cools, so make sure the wine and pureed fruit are room temperature or slightly warm before adding.
4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Popsicles freeze best when the mold is filled about ¾ of the way, leaving about 1 cm at the top of each mold. Push the popsicle sticks all the way to
the bottom of the mold. Freeze overnight.
5. Enjoy this treat on its own or serve over a glass of Phermento. Makes 12 popsicles.
