Ruby ports go extremely well with chocolate, especially with a raspberry sauce or mixed berries, and full-flavored cheeses such as Stilton or Gorgonzola. Tawny ports pair well with cheesecake, apple pie, or a simple bowl of fresh walnuts, as well as aged cheeses.
