Fog-get about it
Nebbiolo grapes from Piedmont, Italy used to always be harvested at the end of October, when fog, or “nebbia,” shrouds the vineyards. Nebbiolo can be translated as “little fog.”
Enjoy Barolo, a big wine made from “little fog” grapes, with Cocoa Farfalle and Hazelnut Pesto.
